Your Body Is Electrical and Runs On Electrons – NOT Sugar, Protein or Fat!

“Life’s clever. It figures out how to suck electrons out of everything you eat, everything you drink, everything you absorb from the photons of the sun to the electrons attached to minerals and then keep them under control to be used by the body when needed!”

The Negative Charged Ion – The Electron

Every breath we take, every move we make… so goes the song.
Yet every move we make does depend on every breath we take and every drink (or meal) we take, because our movement is fueled by electrical (electron) energy that we store in the body. We receive our energy from the  sources of sun, air, food, water, and rocks.

Electrical energy doesn’t just ‘drop’ out of the air, food or water that we ingest. In its usual form it is not chemically available. It can’t always be called upon to support every move we make because it is not always ready for chemical reaction.

For any chemical reaction to occur there needs to be two molecules involved, and each of these molecules must have something to ‘trade’, in the form of compatible atoms that are either positively or negatively charged.

Positively charged molecules (and the atoms within them) will easily and naturally unite with negatively charged molecules of equivalent and compatible charge.

Put simply, all of your body functions rely on the electrical energy released from the unity of the ‘charge’ of the molecules in it and the opposite ‘charge’ in food water or air that enters it.

Are you interested in knowing how to prevent and even reverse cardiovascular disease without surgery of medication? Tonight's special guest has been helping people reverse and prevent cardiovascular disease for over 20 years. She has a proven program that also involves enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP).

She is the world authority on this treatment. The three most important things the program does are:

1) Heal the arteries and reversing high blood pressure, this reverses the aging process.

2) Grows new arteries! So anywhere there are blockages you can grow new arteries!

3) Release of stem cells that can heal any cell in the body.

The Sara Soulati Health For Life Program is an alternative for angioplasty, stents, by-pass surgery and many medications.

B i o

Have you ever wondered whether your chosen career just needed a bit of adjustment to find your true passion? When I look back on my early education, it's what I did -- added twists and turns to my learnings to satisfy my curiosity for prevention of cardiovascular disease. Of course, back then I didn't know I was on that path; today I know full well. Here's my story about my earlier days to reach fulfillment.

Sara Soulati Background

My early education encompassed the study of cultural anthropology and biology. Using myself to test personal theories, I began to experiment on how food affected my physiology, which side effects were caused by stress, how exercise gave me clarity or how long I could be alert with lack of sleep. While in college, I worked in a hospital's critical care telemetry unit assisting patients following open-heart surgery and applied this knowledge to the emergency room. While in the ER, I educated people about why their blood pressure was off the charts (eating canned soup) or why their arteries were blocked with cholesterol (lack of exercise, improper nutrition). I copied pages from books and quietly shared the information with patients.

After two years in nursing education and two years studying to become a physician's assistant, I knew I was in the wrong field of medicine. I had a strong need to educate people and empower them with information to better control their personal health destiny.

I continued my education to encompass a broader reach - the study of culture, anatomy, physiology, anthropology and biology. During my work to achieve a Bachelor of Arts in medical anthropology and minor in biology from California State University, Long Beach, my personal thoughts were validated. I learned that Homo sapiens were destined to live a plant-based life.

I began to see the dichotomy between foods and disease. Corn was a staple of the Aztec Indians, and since that time, carbohydrates like corn and white flour have contributed to an epidemic of diabetes. When I studied other cultures with high blood pressure, I looked at diets laden with flesh and carbohydrates. The cultural connection to disease begins with food, and no one was being taught a prevention or nutrition message.

As a devout vegan since 19-years-old, my own lifestyle was confirmed -- the underpinnings of disease are rooted in poor nutrition, little exercise and excessive stress.

My mission is clear: I want to save lives by preventing and reversing cardiovascular disease.

I created the patent-pending Sara Soulati Health For Life ProgramTM which is a proven lifestyle prevention and reversal of cardiovascular disease program, focusing on five elements:

EECP Circulation

Instant Feedback

Lifestyle Education

Health Assessment

Coaching With Love

Knowing that EECP saves lives and health care costs at the same time, I have dedicated my life's work to introducing EECP into mainstream medicine. I strongly believe EECP, combined with the patent-pending Sara Soulati Health For Life Program, is the hidden solution to fighting disease, including cardiovascular disease, at lower cost, without surgery and without medication or side effects.

I am working toward the goal of changing the health care delivery system of today into EECP for tomorrow.

Along the way, with patent-pending The Sara Soulati Health For Life ProgramTM, my goal is to create special communities worldwide in which healthy living and longevity are focal points. I will empower people to control personal health destiny unencumbered by insurance or the high price of health care.

I am a minority woman with high aspirations for world health. I endeavor to positively change the health care delivery system to make disease prevention the core focus. I seek to empower people with knowledge to become more self- sufficient at preventing disease to control personal health destiny.

By adding enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP®) to every cardiovascular treatment prior to invasive surgical procedures, we can positively affect longevity and help reduce medical costs.

By making EECP a treatment option for many diseases and illness, we can give people an opportunity to select a non-invasive health care treatment protocol.

By building healthy communities featuring patent-pending The Sara Soulati Health For Life ProgramTM which is a proven lifestyle prevention and reversal of cardiovascular disease program combined with power of EECP treatments at the core to give everyone with the heart a change to Make Health Their Lifestyle. My wish is to improve life one heart beat at a time.

I am in the business of service and bringing hope with love to the communities of the world. I want everyone to have the awareness and choice that through a prevention lifestyle and eating a plant-based diet with excises combined with EECP is a tool we have to help us life the best life possible.

Prevention is the answer and we have the power to Make Health a Lifestyle!

Top 10 ingredients to avoid that cause dementia

Top 10 ingredients to avoid that cause dementia

Food affects our bodies and minds. Many people would be surprised to discover just how many food ingredients are linked to cognitive disorders, like dementia.

Dementia is considered by many people to be a disease that accompanies age. Contrary to popular belief, however, dementia isn’t a specific malady, but a general term that encompasses a variety of cognitive impairments in memory, thinking and communication.

It’s unsurprising that food alters our brains. What is surprising is that certain foods contain ingredients that can damage our brains. Consider the following as a list of ingredients that are best classified as brain poison.

1. Advanced glycation end products (AGEs) may cause plaque buildup in brain

AGEs, also known as glycotoxins, are proteins that have become glycated through exposure to sugars. Cooking foods at high temperatures, including fries and meats, can produce AGEs. These harmful compounds have been linked to hypertension and diabetes; however, recent evidence suggests that AGEs are associated with dementia as well.

Increased levels of AGEs may cause amyloid plaques, which are protein pieces that are characteristic of dementia, to concentrate in the brain. A study published in journal PNAS found that the consumption of glycotoxins led to dementia in mice. The team tracked the cognitive health of young, middle-aged and old mice that were fed diets with portions of AGEs similar to a Western diet. The researchers found that old mice that were fed high amounts of AGEs developed amyloid plaque. The researchers noted that the mice’s cognitive decline was not associated with age, since these symptoms were not found in aged mice on a low-AGE diet.

2. High amounts of aluminum are toxic to brain tissue

The human body was not designed to ingest aluminum. Nevertheless, aluminum is a food additive used in almost everything, including cheese, cake mixes and milk formulas. It’s also linked to the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s disease. No one knows how much, if any, aluminum is safe to ingest. The toxic heavy metal is regarded as a dangerous neurotoxin.

Aluminum is a like a drug that directly effects the nervous system. Scientists are certain that toxic metals damage brain tissue. A diet high in aluminum is no exception

NEW Urgent Warning to All Cell Phone Users. The WORST Place to Store Your Cell Phone

If you think the jury’s still out on whether cell phones can be dangerous to your health, then you might want to take the time to listen to this video from the Environmental Health Trust ( Dr. Devra Davis, author of “Disconnect–The Truth About Cellphone Radiation,” has been researching the safety hazards of radiation emanating from your cell phone.

Like many people, Dr. Davis just didn’t believe the possibility of cell phones being dangerous―until she studied it. And now, with the toxicological and epidemiological evidence to back up her claims, she’s trying to get the word out that cell phone radiation is not only dangerous, but can be downright lethal.

In her lecture, Dr. Davis explains how the biological impact of your cell phone is not related to its power, which is quite weak, but rather to the erratic nature of its signal and its ability to disrupt resonance and interfere with DNA repair. This is now believed to be the most plausible theory for understanding the wide array of health impacts discovered, which includes cancer…

Can Your Cell Phone Cause Cancer?

One interesting case that can serve as an illustrative warning of the cancer-causing potential of cell phones is that of a young woman with no other predisposing risk factors for cancer who came down with multi-focal breast cancer. The case was revealed in the May issue of the Environmental Health Trust’s newsletteri.  As it turns out, the young lady had the curious habit of tucking her cell phone into her bra…

History has shown that the evolution of measurement is the key to the evolution of societies, something we take for granted since most of our measurements are already standardized. Richard Barrett believes that we are missing one very important standardized measurement-human consciousness.

By creating psychological measurement technologies, Richard believes that we can change the conversation not just about what exists, but what we need to move to in order to resolve the current issues our global society is facing. Barrett states: "By measuring consciousness we can make the evolution of consciousness, conscious."

Richard Barrett developed the Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT), a measuring system to map the consciousness of leaders and organizations at the company, the Barrett Values Centre (BVC) in 1997. Nearly 18 years later, the CTT has been established as globally-recognized set of tools for mapping the values and measuring the consciousness of individuals and leaders and all forms of human group structures (teams, organizations, communities and nations).

Barrett created the Seven Levels Model to be used as a template to describe the stages of human psychological development: Surviving, Conforming, Differentiating, Individuating, Self-actualizing, Integrating, and Serving.

In his book, The Metrics of Human Consciousness, Richard delves into what consciousness is and how it can be quantified in order to significantly improve our individual, organizational, and societal performance.

Richard Barrett, Founder and Chairman of the Barrett Values Centre, is an internationally recognized thought leader on values, culture and leadership in business and society. He is a Fellow of the World Business Academy, Member of the Wisdom Council of the Center for Integral Wisdom, Honorary Board Member of the Spirit of Humanity Forum, and Former Values Coordinator at the World Bank.

"The Un-Game" is based on the premise that we have more to unlearn than learn in order to meet current work and life challenges. "The Un-Game" is a captivating and inspirational invitation for organizational leaders to engage in a cutting-edge paradigm shift about how 21st century organizations do business. While speaking specifically to managers and other leaders, it also has universal appeal--we are, after all, managers of our own lives. We want to live our lives with clarity, focus, ease, and grace instead of walking around in a mental fog. "Unchain your brain" and recognize the roadblocks impeding the constructive change and spectacular success you desire. The "enemy" of of change is not the enemy after all, but only a loyal opponent whom he can learn to outplay! Through author Ingrid Martine's incisive four-step process--presented with the clarity of a management manual and the engaging fun --the reader can learn the distinctions and skill-sets that allow you to see and systematically challenge your most closely held and often invisible beliefs, opinions, and conclusions. You will find that, while some still serve you, many out-dated notions need to be discarded in order for you to achieve the goals that light up your life. With limiting beliefs no longer invisible, you will learns how to design "games worth playing and goals worth playing for."

B i o

Martine's fascination with human behavior began as an eight year old in Germany who read--under bed covers by flashlight and against strict maternal instructions--mythological stories and Tolstoy's Anna Karenina. They fired her imagination and a hunger to understand people. Armed with a master's degree in French literature (she speaks four languages, three fluently), the quest to discover why people lose their early enthusiasm for learning led to an early career in education. While working as a teacher with inner-city at-risk youth who seemed to hate to learn, Ingrid began experimenting with and developing innovative education models. Certain that a disdain for learning is unnatural, she came to the conclusion that what she called a "rich learning environment" might be the answer.

Developing this concept led Martine onto a new path into the world of business: first as a consultant, then as an internationally certified executive and team coach with clients throughout the world. Currently the CEO of Your Leaders' Edge Coaching, Consulting, and Training, a firm specializing in transforming resistance to change, she focuses on changing the organizational culture of small businesses and for-social-profit organizations. Some of Martine's certifications are in organization development, 360-degree assessments, and as seminar leader for The Academy for Coaching Excellence. Her most recent certification is in Harvard professors Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey's mind-mapping process, which uncovers the little known origins of the resistance to change. In 2014 she was the featured presenter and workshop leader for ICF-North Texas on overcoming the immunity to change. And she has been selected as a presenter to the prestigious Vistage organization, whose members are distinguished CEOs, community leaders, and other luminaries of the nation and world.

With her straightforward, pragmatic, yet caring approach, Martine encourages and supports shifts in thinking to achieve breakthroughs. Armed with the modalities she has mastered over her long career, such as engaging in courageous conversations based on conflict aversion rather than avoidance, developing emotional and social intelligence skills, dealing with "difficult" people, understanding resistance to change, developing cross-cultural awareness and competency, she has received remarkable results in both business and education, her first love. As examples of the latter, she created and managed a cross-cultural awareness program for students in Howard County, Maryland, and as a volunteer leader, she brought a symposium on deep change to Texas which is now taught world-wide.

Martine lives with her husband, Joe, their three horses and two dog "friends" near Austin, Texas.

Harvard Study Reveals What Meditation Literally Does To Gastrointestinal (Bowel) Disorders

The hits just keep on coming when it comes to the health benefits of meditation. Research is now emerging that would justify implementing this practice within hospitals and schools (some already do) as well as including it in treatment recommendations for various diseases.

Not long ago, an eight week study conducted by Harvard researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) determined that meditation literally rebuilds the brains grey matter in just eight weeks. It was the very first study to document that meditation produces changes over time in the brain’s grey matter. Now, they’ve released another study showing that meditation can have a significant impact on clinical symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).  The study showed that elicitation of the relaxation response (a physical state of deep rest that changes the physical and emotional responses to stress) is a very big help.

The study comes out of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). This is the very first study where the use of the “relaxation response” was examined in these disorders, and the first to investigate the genomic effects of the relaxation response in individuals with any disorder. The report was published in the journal PLOS-ONE. (source)

Given the two studies cited above, and all of the other documented health benefits of meditation, this should open the door for more studies to examine the benefits of meditation for a wide range of diseases.

“Our results suggest exciting possibilities for further developing and implementing this treatment in a wider group of patients with gastrointestinal illness. Several studies have found that stress management techniques and other psychological interventions can help patients with IBS, at least in the short term; and while the evidence for IBD is less apparent, some studies have suggested potential benefits. What is novel about our study is demonstration of the impact of a mind/body intervention on the genes controlling inflammatory factors that are known to play a major role in IBD and possibly in IBS.” – Brandon Kuo of the gastrointestinal unit in the MGH Department of Medicine, co-lead author of the report. Does contemporary psychotherapy really work in healing the various types of emotional damage that many experience throughout their lives? Or is it only putting a small band-age on a much bigger problem? Author Sunita Pattani writes in her new book, The Transcendent Mind: The Missing Peace in Emotional Wellbeing, that without under-standing the connection between mind, body and spirit, we can never be wholly healed. The integration of the spiritual with the science of traditional psychology can lead to a deeper and transcendent understanding of our existence and purpose, allowing us to live fuller and more meaningful lives.

Her search for understanding the transcendent mind began with the Course in Miracles, continuing with Jung's Collective Unconscious, Maslow's Peak Experiences and the Bhagavad Gita and the belief of Brahman. All embraced the concept of One Mind, an all pervading consciousness that runs through all living things. But the question remained as to how would this knowledge actually help her patients to heal? However, as she start-ed to incorporate this holistic approach into her practice, Pattani found that the concept of interconnectedness allowed many of her patients to better under-stand their own purpose while leading them to a deeper and more complete emotional healing. "When we recognize who we are and that we're connected at the very core, we open up the doors to changing our perspectives on challenging circumstances. We start to view forgiveness with different eyes."

The Transcendent Mind takes you through the four elements of the Transcendent Healing Process, which includes the role of nutritional healing, and how healing our body can accelerate the process of healing our minds. She also discusses in length the phenomena of both near-death experiences and out-of-body experiences and why they contribute to the understanding of the nature of our own reality.

B i o

Sunita Pattani is a Psychotherapist and Author based in East London, who specializes in exploring the link between mind, body, spirit and emotional healing. Since childhood, she has been fascinated with science, spirituality, consciousness and the deeper question of who we really are. She explores this question from a multidisciplinary perspective, and implements the findings within her therapy practice. Pattani is a graduate of the University of Birmingham, where she obtained a degree in Mathematics, Science and Education in 2003, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in 2004. Pat-tani taught for five years before she returned to college to study an advanced diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counselling.
