Dumping the processed foods means trying to consume more whole foods. So, eat more poultry, lean meat, fresh fish, eggs. Green leaf vegetables, like spinach, broccoli and cabbage are also a must. To get the fats you do need, look to sources like nuts, olive and fish oils.
Get more protein in your diet. Protein will escalate your metabolism, which means your body will burn fat quicker.
