122 Year Old Woman Has The Most Important Secret To A Life of Longevity

The oldest documented person that ever lived was a French woman named Jeane Calment who lived to 122 years, 164 days young on this earth. What was her secret? A French researcher Jean-Marie Robine, was quoted saying “She never did anything special to stay in good health.”

Jeane Calment started smoking cigarettes at age 21, drank port wine and ate a couple of pounds of chocolate sweets a week until she was 119 years old. She believed she owed her long life to laughing a lot and not getting stressed out. She is quoted as saying “If you can’t do anything about it, don’t worry about it.” She has very “easy life as in she was born into wealth and married wealth, this allowed for a life of ease and comfort, in other words, as far as we can see hardly any mental stress.

It has been proven time and time again by the scientific fields of psychoneuroimmunology, psychoneurocardiology, psychoneuroendocrinology and has been included in cancer research and all the various psychosomatic disorders that have been studied that the primary determinant of health for the average person is thought. It is NOT genetics, NOT exercise or nutrition, but the mind and positive thought.
